I revived excellent, professional care during my 3 day ambulatory EEG. The technicians were available and supportive from the initial hookup through the completion of the test.I especially appreciated that on the second day, a diagnostic technician came to my home to check the integrity of the leads and ensure test continuity. This level of proactive service gave me great peace of mind.
Terrible experience. I have scars on my forehead from the EEG. The office has double billed me multiple times. I haven't faced this much incompetence with medical billing at any other facility outside of Synapse/AIN Imaging/Associates in Nuerology.
