These people have terrible customer service and the receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met at a front desk let alone in this town. This place should be closed down not helpful for any mental health! Went soon after to another mental health service, asking where to file a formal complaint. They said it's a private business, they can do whatever they want, not accountable. But, they said all their other clients who have inquired there, reported similar complaints and disappointment.
