The Dental Pain Eraser is the real deal- I use it on my patients as well as on my kids at home for any dental trauma issue or to relieve soreness during orthodontic tooth movement. Highly recommend for reducing sensitivity during cement removal, to replace local anesthetic for minor procedures, and so much more!

So far I have had the best experience. I am half way through the process of my teeth getting aligned and I am beyond pleased. Today they took off the metal clear braces off my teeth and I almost cried how good my teeth look and how easy the process was of removing them .Hailey was the sweetest made me feel so comfortable and at ease walked me through everything before any step she made. What an amazing device! Completely relieves the pain without drugs. I have never seen anything more innovative and would recommend this for both kids and adults. My little one had her tooth pulled with no anesthesia and now uses it for braces pain. Highly recommend. You have to use it to believe it.

I have had my daughter, who is a dental hygienist, and just got braces, use the Dental Pain Eraser by Synapse and she said she felt no pain after getting her braces on! We have had our patients apply the synapse after bonding appointments and they say they did not feel any pain for several hours after their bonding appointments. This is truly a game changer for pain management in orthodontics!
