yum Symposium has really delicious pizza but last time I went the service was very poor. We waited for an excessively long time for our food and then for our check and it was fairly expensive.
Convenient, tasty food and late night delivery Symposium is one of the few greek restaurants I know that is still family owned, and not actually part of a chain. The food is great, the yoghurt is tangy, and the kebabs are hot and savory.
Symposiums Serves some of the best pizza in town! Great place for an office gathering. However, I've found the service to be inconsistant -- ranging from very poor to excellent. Not especially child friendly.

The only Greek around – There really aren't any other Greek restaurants around Davis. This is where I first had Pasticcio...think a creamy mac 'n' cheese with ground beef. I fell in love this this dish that I had to try it home. Of course I had to find the most complicated recipe. I only made it once. Now whenever I go out for Greek, I compare the pasticcio with the one from the Symposium. Nothing ever lives up to it. I also loved the spinach pizza with 3 cheese.
