This is the hardest company to get help or upload documents to. Especially anything that shows lab results. TB test titers etc. they can't read the results and decline. Unless a hand written not from a doctor explaining the results. Not very professional in my opinion. Very hard to deal with over the phone and extreme difficult for the end user.
