I've had the pleasure of working with Bill ,he's very polite, respectful, looks after the building with the out most respect. Very knowledgeable, extremely well maintained. Excellent service.

The building is wonderful (5 stars for the building, finishes and location) and Bill the manager was also great! I would caution on renting the townhomes from James/Jam Developments as they were awful to deal with. Examples include: refusing to cover plumbing repair costs that were legally their responsibility, excessive damage deposit deductions ($700+), billing me $150 to clean a rubber shower door stop I found on Amazon for only $20, billing me $300 to clean a 2-inch stain on a fridge shelf and some electricity bills were... read more
