I worked with icf for 3 months and out of the whole time I NEEDED to contact symphony placements regarding issues and would get no response or a “I’m sorry, but who is this”… like this wasn’t the same gmail I applied with the job for… the only time they contacted me was to let me know I got fired for low metric scores which is convenient because they have very low samples right now and I been off for A WHOLE MONTH. the company obviously has tactics that makes sure your metric scores are in the red or close to it in case they... read more

Was hired a couple of weeks ago. Went to orientation, then the check-in. I was having issues with my audio at the check-in and was told I couldn't start training on Mon. I got it fixed and thought I would start the next week, but was told that ICF did not approve me. Why? I got the issue fixed. You have to e-mail them several times before someone will answer you back. I didn't get paid for the 1 hour check-in which I was told it was paid. Got Hired For ICF Through Them And Worked My Week Of Training, Within A Few Days Was Suppose To Be My First Check And Low And Behold NOTHING, Reached Out And Was Told That The Manager Did Not Send In My Hours SMH Then Sent Me A Email Back 3 Days Later Saying The Lady Sent In My Hours And I Would Get That Payment With My Next Pay Period. Im Pretty Sure That It Is Illegal To Withhold Someone Wages.
