Awful, unethical, scary
Horrible place to work! Always short staffed! I was one of the few RNs that worked there and if it wasnt for me hanging the IVs half the the time they werent done because the DON didnt staff an RN to run them for PICC lines when I wasnt there.. they made up fake shower sheets.. residents werent getting showers.. it was reported to State, and they were tagged but nothing changed! Eventually the place was bought out by Lincoln Health but they arent much Better. Our time sheets are consistantly incorrect and changed! We are sho... read more
My personal opinion, do your research and find another facility other than this place !! Understaffed and Under Qualified. Issues with the care of a Family member from the jump. If you choose or have chosen this place for your loved ones, visit them often, take notes and snap pictures! You'll need it later.
My loved went 2 weeks out a bath or a shower all he for wiped down with wipes was told the shower chair was broke.. You tell me theres only 1 shower chair in the facility??? Then the day the chair is "fixed" he is told he will be showered it takes them. For me to call THE DON and theathen Im going to call the state well, Im calling the state. Also myself and his family has been trying to talk to hizm this whole time I understand his in isolation because of a HISTORY of MRSA but take him a cordless phone or get him a Charger ... read more
Yes. Chef. Who cares?? Taking care of residents. Should be first and formost Also. Maple Ridge operated by Mr Bellows. Loving family owned. Then Symphony. Michael Minter. Corperation owned. I was forced to resign or get fired. I had an open door policy for residents families and employees symphony. Did not like what I stood up for... Do not know about generations.
