I have visited two of my friends at Pearl/symphony in the past year, and they both are/were very satisfied with their care, and the front desk admin/manager Benet is always very friendly and helpful
This place was horrible. Staff was nice enough, but they didn’t properly clean the place. They would take my dad out to the ambulance, in the winter, with barely a blanket on him. He ended up catching pneumonia and dying.
