Had an appointment on 7/2/23 at 2pm. Had received 3 separate text confirming appoint. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment. No one in office. Office wide open. Waited 45 min then called police. Spa owner called later to tell us that she did not know she had an appointment. When I booked it three weeks ago she checked and made sure she had all the information needed. Why did I receive so many texts. Not a good experience !!!
