I cannot express enough gratitude for Jennie and the entire staff at Blue Ridge Senior Living of Richmond. Jennie helped us through a complicated admission situation on nights, weekends, and holidays and I am so grateful that this facility was recommended to us by other caregivers in the area. My sister went there for a two week "respite" so I could visit family out of state, when I went to pick her up, she cried she loved it there so much, We decided to make it her permanent home. The staff is AMAZING, they go above and beyond for each and everyone of their residents. The rooms are clean, the food is great and it feels like home.

Mom moved to Blue Ridge September 2025. She passed January 2026. During her time there the staff was very caring and compassionate. I could tell they genuinely cared for her. I am so thankful we moved her from a more expensive but less caring facility.

My 94 year old mom has been a resident at Blue Ridge since September 2025, and we have found the staff there to be kind, caring and very helpful throughout the application process, moving in, and now on a daily basis. I've been impressed also in how clean and attractive they keep the facilities and grounds. We are grateful for Blue Ridge Senior Living!
