Poor management. Some of the residents are abused and fear saying something because they fear management doing something to them. Poor quality staff that can't seem to do their jobs right. The state is there all the time because they're constantly being called for elderly abuse. The director doesn't call about any of the residents. I was there for 5 months more or less and so many residents died because of poor care from the nursing staff. This ALF is run by a management company that cares about nothing but cutting cost… people that live there DO NOT get the care they are paying for … there also is a high turnover of staff .. because staff are not treated well … it is a shame …. It could be a great place if someone cared more about human beings then money
I was very impressed with the staff. They are all very attentive to the needs of their residents. Highly recommended for quality care in a friendly environment
