Great caring and supportive staff.
My family member was just transferred into Avantara for rehab after surgery. She's been treated very poorly. Call light goes unanswered, left in a diaper for hours, vomiting after medicine and no provider response. Extremely poor medication management. She's was supposedly on a special blood thinner that came after two days and should have been given daily. I had to bring medicine from home for her vomiting. Medical staff have been outright unresponsive and exhaustedly displays a ferocious lack of empathy. Not just to my fam... read more
