Was Discharged After Being Approved To Stay Here Until February Of 2026. Said They Had No Knowledge Of Me Coming At First. Now Kate And Emily Are Trying To Change The Story And Narrative. Kate Hung The Phone Up On Me After Letting Her Know I Reached Out To My Insurance. And, That They Indeed Approved And Confirmed My Stay. I Was Able To Provide My Authorization Number And Everything. This facility is unique. It has more of a home-like feeling than what I'm used to seeing. The rooms are carpeted, there are living room type areas on every floor. This includes nice couches and chairs on every floor. There is also a piano on at least 1 floor. The low ceiling also gives it a home-like feeling. It's a visitor friendly place. One policemen I spoke to says he visits his loved ones late at night. As a chaplain I've been to many facilities. This is one of the nicer places I've seen. I'm still missing six days from my last two checks .... I been waiting long ago and everytime I call the HR . He say he didn't see my timesheets once I know for a fact that I turned them in to Ms Rosie on her desk everytime I worked before I leave to go home . That was her part to make sure she got them to the HR .. Also I asked the supervisor over her wish his name is Anthony ... I texted n reached out plenty of time asking can he vouch my days to the HR so he can release my six days no response... I just want what I worked... read more
Don’t want to do their jobs & they don’t provide anything you basically have to fin for yourself in this place & it’s just unbelievable how they treat people
