The Third floor receptionist are very discourteous when calling in to speak to a patient. They have hung up numerous times. Disrespected me and lying telling me the patient is not in the room. The phone rings and rings until it goes back to the first person who transfers to the third floor. I am going to report this to the BBB. It is poor service to be treated rudely.
