They are a block from where I live. Nothing but good experience for me since last year when I started using them. The new owner went out of his way to return some money that I had in my laundry pants pocket.

Moved in the area recently and brought in couple of shirts and a suit to be dry cleaned. They did a great job cleaning and delivering.

worse dry cleaner ever – The worse and most painful experience I have ever had with dry cleaning. They lost my cloths, they broke the buttons and damaged the fabric. They lost my cloths twice, and did not reimbursed me for that. May be that was my fault to give them a second chance( may be I was too busy to change my dry cleaners, as many people are in New York city). Please please please don't send your cloths them. There are many dry cleaners at every corner of New York city. Please use another company.

Rude Service, Lost Items and Argumentative Management – These people lost 4 nice dress shirts (above $100.00 a piece). After asking them what happened, they blamed the doormen at my building. The doormen have never in 5 years lost a thing. I had only been going to Symphony for 6 months at the time. Instead of apologizing they (after blaming the doormen) blamed me for not accounting better for my lost shirts (whatever that meant) and then proceeded to tell me I didn't bring in 4 shirts. rude and careless – They fold clothes like they just got the boat from some dirty 3rd world country. They lose socks, and crease everything. And when they are called on it, they argue.
