Been going to this dry cleaning outpost since they opened but sadly, I’m done with them. This was the last straw. I asked the tailor to fix a partial bottom hem on a dress. He seems to just arbitrarily give prices. He was going to charge me $25 and when I hesitated, then he marked it down to $20, then $18. Went to location at 816 2nd Ave. The tailor should be fired immediately. I had a suit altered and delivered to my apartment and should have tried it on before the wedding, was charged for a bunch of alterations including bringing up the sleeves of my suit coat an inch. It was not done. I was very relaxed and went in asking for the alteration to be complete as the nice woman at the front desk said I was charged for the sleeve alteration. Ruined a brand new garment that they returned to me with someone else’s body fluids. Refused to give a refund or any compensation for the garment. Sexist towards women with preferential treatment towards business men.
