Took 2 dresses to be dry cleaned on a Monday morning. Cost $50, was told they'd be delivered Wednesday evening. On Thursday evening, the dresses still hadn't been delivered, so I call and was told that one dress didn't come out so good, so they are keeping it longer. I ask how long and why they didn't just call to tell me since the order would be late. The man tells me he doesn't like my attitude and he'll just bring the dresses now. One dress came back fine. I’ve been coming here for years, but after today, I won’t be back. I brought in two items for zipper repairs and was quoted $20 for one and $50 for the other. I politely said I’d just move forward with the $20 repair and take the other elsewhere, and the owner immediately got irritated and told me to take both items somewhere else. Completely unprofessional and a disappointing way to treat a long-time customer. Definitely not a place that values customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE terrible experience. we gave them a rug to clean. it had a finish in the borders and they gave us the rug back without the finish. that same day, the rug began to come undone! see before and after pictures we called and ask for a full refund. they refused because they "cleaned a dirty rug". they're not wrong, but they also completely ruined it. after calling multiple times and complaining, they finally agreed to half a refund OR trying to fix it. they refused to do both. we didnt want to give it to them... read more
