This place is horrible I mean HORRIBLE THEY DIDNT CHANGE MY MOTHER THEY FORGOT TO GIVE HER DINNER THEY WORKERS JUST SIT ON THE PHONE THEY DONT DO NO ROUNDS OR NUN AN THE WORKER GAVE MY MOTHER TH WRONG DOSE OF insulate

My Mother died because of one of the nurses had COLVID and passed it on to my mother and the only thing that happened to that nurse was she was sent home until she was better and covid free but meanwhile I lost my mom and yes the nurses there are very disrespectful and rude.

I can't believe that place is in Chicago . Services are terrible and no one of workers doing any good job at all ..old ppl just waiting for their time to die in this place.

I wish this place be closed because my uncle was there in 2006 thru 2013 , when it was jackson square nursing home and the staff was bad then I see later they change the name, my uncle die there in care , he went to st Anthony hospital for have a bad cold then he back to jackson square around Christmas time his God mother and God sister visit him that Saturday and he die next day that Sunday , jackson square lie to us but we have family work for police dept they check out , and st Anthony give us his medical paperwork, show ... read more
