Over-priced. Was told by an employee that "I wouldn't find somebody with a 6 speed bicycle that would do a round trip to Montreal from Ottawa for less than $1000" Proceeded to find a bus for $960 round trip elsewhere after a miscommunication with symphony landed me with a $200 cancellation fee. Bad contracts and lack of information led to a very unpleasant experience.
