Stay away from this Rental community the Manager owner is not honest with the tenants. I gave 1 start because is the lower score but it not deserves it. 1 still to many for a place like this. They offer you different promotions so you extend your lease but later they don t honor it and if you complain they tell you if you are unhappy you can pay the penalty and move out. .......stay away ...They manage The Tides, The Breezes, City Center, Village Green
