Mariana helped my mother. She went above and beyond, helping with tasks to help her get home. She treated her like her own parents All the employees are wonderful and cared for my mother Physical therapy is top notch, they pushed her to do more a activity and therapy

The staff at Warren Barr memory care unit floor 3 was exceptional. Not only do they provide specialized care for patients with dementia/alzheimer's they also provide supportive care for the family. The staff is so caring and gentle even when the patient is difficult. It take's special people like the staff on the 3rd floor to truly care and love for their patients. Thank you again to the 3rd floor staff for taking such great care of our Aunt. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

On behalf of my sister Kathy, we were very appreciative of the outstanding care she received at Warren Barr over 4 1/2 years. They were attentive to her daily needs with special attention to her medical needs. Their communication was second to none. I was constantly updated by her nurse, administrator or social services of any issues or changes. Periodic conference calls were offered as an opportunity to consult with all facets of Kathy's care. A special shout out to Abby Vargas who was my go-to person for anything I needed.... read more

Had my son here for transitional care after a transplant. The facility is extremely worn down and in need of maintenance! It has been extremely neglected by the ownership. It is apparent that no investment has been made in up keep therefore has all the signs of financial issues and closing. Would avoid this facility.
