Had my son here for transitional care after a transplant. The facility is extremely worn down and in need of maintenance! It has been extremely neglected by the ownership. It is apparent that no investment has been made in up keep therefore has all the signs of financial issues and closing. Would avoid this facility.
Very clean, well maintained facility with very friendly staff.
