Warren Barr Buffalo Grove is a great building! My loved one went in for short term rehab after a fall, therapy did an amazing job with her. The care is phenomenal. Staff is very helpful with smiles on their faces. Social services was great in getting everything we needed at home. I would highly recommend.
If I could leave less than zero stars for this place, I would. My mom stayed at this facility for several days. They left her sitting in bed without any care. She waited for hours for somebody to attend to her to go to the bathroom. When she went in a bed pan it took them quite some time to attend to her needs and they fell far short in her sanitary needs.They failed to properly clean her up. In addition, she was promised PT 5 times a week. She was there 5 days and had PT only twice. My mom was willing and able to do the PT.... read more
This is a wonderful Nursing Home where all necesities are acomplished for the Residents. With all activities and health services that are given to Residents, this is certainly a relief sensation for family members and we are very happy to have our loved ones in this nursing home, knowing they are very well treated and taken care of.
This is a great facility for anyone that needs rehab and the staff are very attentive and caring. I would recommend this facility to anyone for short term or long term placement.
The C&A' on the first floor are outstanding. However, one stood out Emily. She was never standing still. Always helping Residents in need a true healer! She is going to Nursing School and will thrive as a true healer. Thanks top notch from the Adminitrator on down. Your Loved ones will be properly cared for in their time of need
