I had a nice experience living here. Very prompt property manager and no issues with long maintenance response times. The area is nice and quiet. I think the only con is the apartment was a bit outdated and had uneven flooring. WiFi was included and there was no pet rent which we really appreciated
Friendly management and staff. Prompt response to any and all work orders called. Very reasonable pricing for all you get to enjoy.
It’s rare to find a property manager and staff who genuinely cares for their tenants and their needs. I lived here through some of my most challenging years and was treated with such kindness. On the rare occasion where there was an issue with my apartment, it was always resolved promptly. I would gladly live at any one of their locations again. It’s a fair price, amazing location and outstanding staff. I highly recommend.
If I could write negative reviews I would!! This is the worst apartment ever roach infested! We moved in to pee smell to roaches everywhere and now they wanna charge us $5,000?! Thanks to them we can’t move to other apartments! This place is disgusting! Not to mention I was pregnant and without ac for 2 weeks!
I grew up here, worst living experience I've ever had. Good job remodeling, but the whole place is just... not it bro
