Take your RV literally anywhere else
This place is unprofessional and I advise not to waste your time here. I have tried for several months to view and secure a rental stall to no avail. The business lists hours of operation yet every time I drove out to the location no one is there. I called dozens of times while at the location and from home. No one answers telephone calls or returns your messages. I have inquired with the general manager (Cole) via email of when and where can I view a potential storage lot for my trailer only to be informed I cannot preview.... read more
Clean, organized lot. The manager is very responsive, good communication.
Close to Calgary, great facility. Interactions with the Operator have been pleasant, communications are friendly and clear. I am very satisfied with this business. We won’t be looking for a different facility. We are happy where we are.
This is the second time my trailer has been broken into. No cameras/security. Getting ahold of them is impossible. They never answer their phones
