I have just had a terrible experience at Symons medical centre. I needed a referral for my son. After a mistake in the referral it took over 6 phone calls and 3 physical visits to get this resolved. I spoke to the practice manager to make a complaint and asked to meet with him to go through this but he does not wish to meet with me. The doctors were great but in my opinion there is a problem with the processes that the practice manager is unwilling to accept.
