Really honest business, would recommend to a friend. I think solar is the kind of thing you don’t want to risk doing with a shoddy installer and Symons Energy is not that. Got a few quotes from 5-6 businesses, Kosta was the only one that didn’t put some kind of pressure on on the phone, very close to the best pricing (2-3 others were about the same and the rest thousands off), and he made sure to pick a setup that would work well for our odd roof. From the time kosta came and gave me a quote he was upfront and knowledgeable about what my needs are. When i asked him more questions he answered them with ease and recommended what i needed. The service was impeccable always keeping in touch with me about installation time. After installation a few days later kosta saw a glitch with my system and got technical technician to come and fix my problem. Good service, great price.
For anyone considering solar and batteries, I did a tonne of research into this and went with Symons Energy. They’ve put 30 panels on the roof and we will literally be able to run off-grid. They use quality solar and batteries, a system that knows when to heat the water system AND we even intelligently sells back to the grid during peak times if we have ample battery reserves!
