So thankful for always taking such care of my husband when they transport him. He requires a critical care team and Kevin is the absolute best RN, the office staff is always so helpful, and accommodating.

I used to think highly of this company until some very unprofessional office workers were rude with the drivers over the walkie in front of my family member. I heard they transferred companies and heard few good comments about Symons but they proved themselves wrong. I'm gonna give them a few more transports and hopefully they can learn to respect the drivers whom work their butts off instead of sitting in a chair bsing all night...
