I appreciated that they let us have the tent for the whole weekend since we had moved my kids party from Saturday to Sunday due to weather. However, for the price I paid, the water barrels were all cracked open at the top. I had to duck tape them down so the little kids wouldn’t hurt themselves when running around. It looked terrible. The first time I rented from them, they had a nice set up with intact barrels and barrel covers. Honestly we thought symon rental was one of those too good to be true situations because they came in WAY under all of our other tent rentals. We were pleasantly surprised with how incredible they were, super communicative, allowed us to add on walls at the last second due to a shift in the Michigan spring weather, they were incredible to work with.
