Symmons customer support was so incredibly helpful replacing my old temptrol shower parts. They sent me a replacement kit for free, and I spoke to them multiple times over the phone to troubleshoot issues during the install. The install was challenging due to trying to remove old corroded parts along with some user error, but they helped me through it. Thank you!
