High-quality shower valves and wonderful customer service. Jody replied within minutes diagnosing the issues and sending over parts.
Great company that stands behind their products, not many questions asked. I had a dripping issue with one of my faucets. They were friendly, supportive and efficient in resolving the issue. Highly recommended!
Do not buy this company's products. I bought a rather expensive Symmons kitchen faucet. It started leaking from the single handle less than a year after having it installed. "Warranty" to this company means all they will do is send you a free replacement part. You still have to pay a plumber to fix it. Their customer service rep Austin, promised to email me instructions so I could replace the cartridge myself. He never sent anything, as confirmed by Jody, another CSR.
