Symmetry is a FANTASTIC gym for anyone looking for a private-esq experience. It’s a clean, not crowded, well priced, and has all of, if not most of the equipment you would need for any sort of training plan. It’s a haven from the over crowded influencer filled gyms that seem to be everywhere in Costa Mesa. The owner is a no BS, stand up guy who runs a tight ship, keeps the place clean and organized and treats everyone fairly. Highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a local spot!

Symmetry Fitness is the best kept secret in Newport Beach for gyms. The gym is always spotless, not crowded, and has every piece of equipment you’ll need. Hector has done a great job with this gym.

Great little private gym. The staff is great, and the place is clean and has everything you need. I would usually be the only person in there in the evenings or maybe there would be 1 other person. It felt like my own personal gym!
