My husband and I like this place so much that I almost thought about not reviewing it to keep it as a secret! But I’m also all about supporting local businesses and so here we go: this gym has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals, it is semi private and so you don’t have to worry about sharing equipment or waiting to use it because is never crowded regardless if you come train during prime hours! Found this gem of a place while trying to find a nearby gym that had some good airflow. Visiting Newport and I wanted to workout with some fresh breeze and not be indoors in a dark gym. Hector the owner greeted me and explained that he doesn’t usually do day passes. After some conversation he let me sign a waiver and pay for a day pass. Great, clean private gym. Never crowded. Great recovery equipment. Excellent trainers that actually know what they are doing. Highly recommend.
Symmetry Fitness is the perfect gym! It has all the equipment you could need and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. It is always easy for me to get on the equipment I need to do my workout at my pace.
