Honestly! I've never experienced anything like Body Mind Boost - IR Sauna. I've been to Physios for 30 minute neck pain treatments, I've had acupuncture and I had other massages but nothing like what I experienced today. It was pure holistic relaxation of body and mind. I wasn't asleep and I wasn't awake. I was in pure hypnagogia. I was fully aware of my surroundings but for the first time ever I experienced true Mindfulness.
