I called ahead and scheduled an appointment, tgenI arrived on time. But I was told that I would have to wait for 30 minutes because the previous customer was late by half an hour. Why do i make an appointment if someone can arrive 30 minutes late and still be seen immediately, while I arrive on time, are made to wait.
Terrible experience. Very rude therapist who demanded a large tip because she said she did a “great job”, even though she burnt me with hot water, and did a terrible job massaging my back and legs. My calves and shoulders were in pain for days
My first time here at Summetry, it was a 90 minute massage with Star and she was amazing!We were able to communicate what I wanted and she did a great job on focusing on the areas I needed work on. Thank you Star, I will be back!! Also you need to try the table shower following your massage, finished it off perfectly!
