Riley kept rescheduling and canceling our family sessions during a peak crisis time. Poor communication, and even though I periodically get automated messages from the Symmetry Solutions portal they no longer grant access to the portal. Unprofessional, frustrating, and frankly unethical for a therapist to conduct business this way for vulnerable populations paying for support.
Therapist kept cancelling or rescheduling. Very poor communication and doesn’t reply to messages in the portal. Super frustrating and unprofessional.
I have had a great experience with both Haley and Riley, both amazing humans, warm and compassionate. Riley especially has the rare skill of being able to understand and connect with radically different people, and is very effective and find ways to bridge communication. Sara Rands has been helping me immensely. She is a great clinician and helps provide the space for me every week to help me process deep things. She is kind and considerate and wants to help me.
My family has utilized two of their therapists. They were both amazing. So knowledgeable and experienced, kind and supportive. I highly recommend them.
