I was referred to Symmetry by my dentist to get my retainers remade and the whole process was streamlined and easy. Their coordinator, Jodi, communicated with me mostly through email. I was glad that she was okay with using my preferred method of communication, as it caused me less stress that way. She was very polite and explained the process, gave me a quote for the price, and answered any questions I had. The retainers were done quickly and they were easy to pick up and pay for. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!
