Was pleasantly surprised at how great the customer service was and how quick they were to get me in on short notice! The reception staff is awesome and the doctors are great at what they do. Edit: I went in to get my permanent retainer on my top teeth fixed/replaced after I had had the initial one after my braces for about 8 years. The type of wire they gave me does not hold up as well (is more flexible) and is usually meant for the bottom teeth (I found out later when I got another opinion). Edit: The orthodontist has changed and so has the staff. Things are very disorganized and lots of mistakes have been made. Hoping it gets better but can no longer post 5 stars as I did with the previous orthodontist and his staff. Previous 5 star review: Cannot be happier with the service from Symmetry. My invisalign treatment is going so well and is so easy. The staff accommodated my wedding right in the middle of my treatment no problem. I really appreciated their willingness to make my smile perfect for my special day
Absolutely love the staff , so friendly and welcoming. Dr Ghandi is so informative . The ladies here are absolutely amazing . Would recommend to everyone for an orthodontist. The old staff have left and now it seems not many know what there doing. The same assistant keeps helping when we go in and doesn’t seem to have a clue on what’s going on. *Edit* They have a new Orthodontist, not Dr. GHANDI ANYMORE. I would not endorse this clinic at all now. Dr. Ghandi and Jodi as well as the entire staff was excellent. We had an emergency with our daughter and they fixed the issue and helped us with a plan to continue treatment. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic work.
