Used Josh @ Symmetry for a piggyback HELOC purchase. Closed in 2 weeks! They follow DU and use the appraisal from the first lien. Only 48 hours for initial review; 24 hours for conditions. 24 hours for docs. Highly recommend! Josh and his AM Charlton are great and very responsive. They have a worksheet to price and qualify that is very simple to use up front. Would use again, especially to avoid High Balance pricing. Well done.
