Love this place and my amazing trainer, Jess. I am 100% stronger now than I was in my 30s, and haven’t had any significant injuries or setbacks in the few years I’ve been coming here. I used to have neck pain and trapezius pain after doing certain lifts before starting with Jess - she adjusted how we load my lifts right away and I haven’t had any trouble since. The best.
The best gym in Fort Lauderdale by far. This gym is much bigger than it looks on the outside/driving by. It has everything you need and more. A sauna and cold plunge, also recovery therapy, and massage therapy by appointment. The gym also has some of the best personal trainers I’ve seen hosting personal 1 on 1 classes and group classes as well. 10/10 for sure, highly recommend this gym
