Jessica has helped me reach a level of strength I never thought possible in my late 40s. She's incredibly creative, always finding ways to work around injuries, and she pushes me to my limits in the best way possible. She's tough, encouraging, and inspiring-exactly what you want in a trainer!!

Love this place and my amazing trainer, Jess. I am 100% stronger now than I was in my 30s, and haven’t had any significant injuries or setbacks in the few years I’ve been coming here. I used to have neck pain and trapezius pain after doing certain lifts before starting with Jess - she adjusted how we load my lifts right away and I haven’t had any trouble since.
