I went to Symmetry Exercise Clinic with lower back pain and shoulder pain. Jay worked with me and gave me some exercises to do. He broke down the exercises and showed how to do them properly. In return, the issues I was having are getting better. I definitely recommend Symmetry Exercise Clinic
Jay does a great job developing a personalized plan to address your issues. Just after the first visit, I felt improvement with my hip and knee issues! He knows his stuff! I highly recommend him.
Jay is the best at what he does. You have a sore shoulder or elbow or ankle? Go to Jay and he’ll fix you right up. The only problem is that he’s so good at what he does that you might only need to see him once for each issue!
I had an upcoming Knee Replacement Surgery, so went to see Jay for some pre-operative physical therapy. Jay was able to determine the weaknesses in the area and gave me several exercises to strengthen my knee prior to the replacement. My surgery is next week and I expect a much quicker recovery due to the services the Symmetry Exercise Clinic provided. I highly recommend them whatever your issues may be.
Having an evaluation with Jay and one half hour treatment I can’t believe the improvement I have seen in this short time! Before seeing Jay I have had messages, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments over the last 2 years with no results!
