I just had the BEST experience with Dr Melfi and his staff, I went in for a crown and a filling which took an hour. The crown was made on the spot within ten minutes. The filling was done without any Anastasia or discomfort. The last time I had a crown with another dentist I had to go back in three weeks because they had to send away for the crown.
