Oh, where to begin. If you’re wondering why we do the work, it’s so that we will be able to make the most of the next big life opportunity that comes our way - personal or work. That, and to save a friend by finding a good counselor to talk to instead! Symmetry Counseling has been a great resource to help me navigate the sudden and, often times, normal transitions of life. I have also really enjoyed the option of remote counseling as it better fits with my lifestyle. Cathy is the best!
I've been seeing Hillary at Symmetry Counseling for a while now and WOW. She's absolutely phenomenal. Would highly recommend; she really knows how to make you feel at ease and I've seen great improvements in my anxiety levels!
