During their time managing our HOA, Symmetry did not act in the best interest of our community. Based on their handling of financial access, repair decisions, and overall management, I would not recommend or hire them in the future.
Our HOA has been with 3 different property companies. Symettry has by far been the best. They didn’t allow the board to go against our bylaws and were very knowledgeable with Texas Property Code. They also communicate well and are very transparent. I’d choose them over the other guys!
