Pam was a miracle worker! She diagnosed the muscular issue associated with my pain and gave me 5 exercises to do. I did them religiously that day and my pain disappeared within 24 hours. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing joint/muscular pain. The reception staff (especially Krista) are warm and helpful and make you feel like you're amongst friends. Thank you Symmetrix.
Definitely check out Symmetrix Kinesiology! After an initial assessment and thorough discussion, I purchased the 12 session package with personal trainer & kinesiologist, Maria. I’ve been going to Symmetrix for a few years now. I started going there due to a back injury. Working with Samira has helped me regain strength and mobility. Samira is a wonderful trainer. She is knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I’ve made so much progress thanks to her. She pays close attention to how I move each session, and makes sure I’m doing all the exercises correctly. Great kinesiologists for functional strength and physical training in a soothing space with excellent equipment. I’ve been coming here for 2.5 years and my sessions are foundational to my well being.
The studio/gym is well-equipped and spotlless. Friendly and accommodating staff.I am very pleased with my progress. Curtis is great; very knowledgeable and patient.
