Austin’s the man when it comes to cuts. Great guy, always listens to what you want, and nails it every time. Whether it’s a fade, a trim, or cleaning up the beard, he’s got you. Plus, the convo’s always good—feels more like hanging out than just getting a haircut. Can’t recommend him enough.

Walked in, 3 staff sitting in their chairs looking at their phones. Asked for a haircut and all 3 said they were busy! Never experienced such slack non service and care less attitude. I guess they don't need the business. A very uncomfortable vibe.
The shop has a unique antique vibe. The owner is passionate about his craft and was able to provide an amazing cut while sharing entertaining stories about the local history. 10/10 recommend if you’re in Banff and looking to get cleaned up head to Symiotics have a beer and learn from the locals.
I booked a haircut and the gentleman didn’t even turn up. I waited for an hour and a half and no one even came to open the store. Do not book here!
