Austin is truly one of a kind. He's one of the most talented barbers I've ever been to. Not only did he give me an incredible haircut, but he's also genuinely funny, kind-hearted and the kind of person you'd love to grab a beer with.
Unreal space especially in 2025. A Banff gem. Best salon/barber in Banff by far.
Unprofessional,had a booking and received an email the day before the appointment saying I’m confirmed.i arrived at appointment and was told on the spot that the barber is not in today and nobody can cut me hair. There was no urgency to let the customer know they had to cancel.this shop is a complete waste of time
Saying this place is pathetic is an understatement! Do NOT go to this place unless you want to be treated terribly and be subject to subpar health and sanitation standards. A formal complaint has been filed with the attorney general and disciplinary action will be taken.
Austin’s the man when it comes to cuts. Great guy, always listens to what you want, and nails it every time. Whether it’s a fade, a trim, or cleaning up the beard, he’s got you. Plus, the convo’s always good—feels more like hanging out than just getting a haircut. Can’t recommend him enough.
