I will never visit this establishment again. I had made a reservation in person previously. On the day of my appointment, I arrived and waited, but no one greeted me or provided any guidance. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and usually walk in without an appointment, fully understanding that I may need to wait. However, I was frustrated during a visit when I was asked to return to the waiting area mid-haircut so they could serve someone who arrived 20 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. I just got my hair done here. It was very quick, very efficient, and exactly how I wanted it. They were so sweet. I really loved it, and I’ll definitely come back.☺️☺️
