Did the Pilates class as a first timer to the gym and really enjoyed it. The trainer gave clear direction and the class was well structured. I do regular reformer Pilates and I really loved this mat class. The use of weights made it challenging. If I lived in the area, I would make this my local as they also offer a range of classes. The gym is also super clean and the staff were super lovely and helpful

Amazing, super friendly coaches full of positive energy who always push you to get the best results, while offering variations based on your fitness level. Even though it's a group class, it feels like half personal training as they really pay attention to your form and help you activate the right muscles throughout the session.
