I came in today with a heavy broken heart with no hope and every single person there gave me the faith in myself I recently lost. From the woman who made my appointment- the woman who checked me in- the nurses- medical administrator & my counselor. I walked in feeling like giving up and left (only after intake) and found some hope. I know the first part of recovery is admitting and taking the action so if you’re thinking of it don’t hesitate to find support from Symetria.

Had to guest dose here coming from florida, and needed to get in pretty last minute for family reasons. Not only did the clinic i come from say that they were the most professional and on the ball clinic they have ever dealt with i truly felt welcomed and had a good experience with this place. Everyone was nice and organzied. Thank you guys so much! I'm sure you guys do so much amazing work in your community.

I was just 12min late and they wouldn't let me in to seek support with the group bc cutoff time is 10 past bc then I'd be "interrupting the session"... Beyond Disappointing
