“Costello” is my SAG name. My name is James Dupee. I have been visiting the clinic for over a year and have been very pleased. Adam is the best Counselor/Therapist I have ever confided in. He is personable and understanding as well as straight forward with his advice. Cynthia is the most amazing “face of a company” I have ever met. I called here months ago and they told me they could help my husband dose down off methadone. The doctor has been great and helping him do this safely until his last visit. She completely flipped the script and wants him to go back to work 3 days after completely stopping methadone, which is 1. Dangerous and 2. He literally can’t even drive or do anything in this state of mind 3. Going to be more of a chance to relapse or need to get back on methadone by rushing this situation.
