Thanks to the incompetence of T, this place has the stability of a folding chair on an ice rink being held together by duct tape and wishful thinking. If that’s who’s running things, no wonder everything feels one bad day away from collapsing. people skills = zero. eye contact = awkward and avoidant. management style = Only if staring at cameras and obsessing over lunch counts. What a decline this place has seen since the change in management. Within minutes of walking in seeking help, I was backed into a corner with questions like, “So you have all these resources around you, and chose us why?” Instead of compassion, I was met with accusations — including being told I had previously “thrown a fit and slammed doors.” That’s a complete misrepresentation of my character and clearly a mix‑up with another patient. When I came to Symetria I was fairly depressed about my abuse of alcohol. I knew it wasn’t who I truly was and I needed the help to recognize positive ways to help me identify what I was doing that put me into a downward cycle of binge drinking. Through the Intensive Outpatient program coupled with Individual counseling and attending SMART meetings I discovered a clear path to follow to stop what I was doing and move forward in life without alcohol. I am so thankful for this clinic and especially the workers (Jessica , Elsa , Erin and Maria) I want to thank you guys for all the hard work you guys do, also for always being nice , comforting and supportive. Also I cannot forget the front desk I also want to Thank Debra and Zoeyyyy for always calling me checking up on me and making sure I have a ride to my appointment. Would I refer the clinic to friends or family , I would recommend them 10/10
