I wrote a previous review about the amazing staff at Symetria Recovery but can’t believe I forgot to include the sweetest woman I see as soon as I walk through the doors every morning. Her name is Karen. She works at the front desk, but as I watch her while waiting, I see her perform many other duties than a typical front desk receptionist would do. Karen, the nursing staff, Dr. Cruz, James, and the counseling staff are all wonderful and make this place feel like they are working with your day to day to make things go as smooth as possible! So much thanks to them!!
I just want to say that Symetria recovery has been so helpful and inviting and Karen is just a joy to speak with and she has no problem taking time to explain things and helping you understand the ins and outs of the program!!
