I am only rating this high because of our salesman Spencer who was fantastic. we left a deposit a year ago for a Cadillac escalade v. It was just delivered to Cavenders of Lubbock and we went to look at it and finish the purchasing of the vehicle we were told the wheels were in and emblems would be changed out they had it all but that was the way they ship all of them to dealership. we finished purchasing the vehicle and was told they would deliver the vehicle to our home the next day. I worked here for several years and watched a promising dealership crumble from poor leadership and nepotism.
