Symes did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle over the holiday weekend. David Taylor kept me informed and answered all my questions and concerns. Alex provided a loner and Lorraine added to this already great experience with a wonderful follow up call. Everyone at Symes really went above an beyond for me!
They have the WORST customer serice. I took in my Escalade ESV with Navagation problems... and this is the bottom line... This is my understanding... "You have basically have told me that if the nav has issues (properly documented video and pics) and you (dealer) are unable to determined a reason for failure that I have to live with it!! " 70K SUV and cant get a freaking $400 part replaced without redtape.. STAY AWAY!!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DONT!
