This dealership knowingly sold us a used SUV without disclosing that it had been in four accidents. We only discovered this shocking information when we tried to trade the vehicle in, long after the sale was complete. By then, the damage—financial and otherwise—was already done. *THIS DEALERSHIP DESERVES A "0" RATING* - Vehicle purchased out of state a few months ago, I live in Ohio. This dealership convinced me to never buy a vehicle online again. Went to trade in My wife's 2021 Cherokee Latitude which we purchased new from Jim Glover Jeep. Looked up the Kelly trade in value was 15,459 to 19,908. Vehicle is a good shape, Even has new tires, The new car sales manger offered me 13,000 trade (Very low ball offer because right after I left Clifton Lean with Classic Chevrolet asked me to stop by, Long story short he offered me 17,000 to buy it out right, Its pretty sad when you live in Owasso and can't buy local
Great business to work with! I have a recall on my Rubicon and called to see if they had time on Saturday to do the work. Absolutely was the answer. I then received an e-mail stating I still had 2 free oil changes and a tire rotation from when I purchased the vehicle. I didn't purchase the jeep from Enumclaw, but they are still going to do my free oil changes. When i get ready for my new jeep next year we will be going through them.
Purchased a newer used vehicle from Roger’s in Lewiston November 2025, the sales staff reached out and helped remedy a maintenance issue that they were not even obligated to fix and for that I give this dealership a 5 star rating. I would also highly recommend doing future business with this dealership.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Key Auto Newcastle dealership. My 21 Grand Cherokee Jeep has been sitting on their lot for over six months due to an electrical issue that they still haven’t repaired. During this time, the service department has gone through multiple managers, and every one of them has given me a different story.
